I thought we’d carved
our lines into hearts,
sentences poured
over favoured flesh,
I etched eternal but you;
ink tipped temporary.

I blame the migraine that hasn’t quite gone making my vision flicker, but I read this as Fooled by Fish and was expecting something rather different. I think I prefer what you actually wrote (which is lovely) to what you might have written 🙂
😂😂😂😂😂
The laugh is for your words, the hugs for the migraine 🤗🤗🤗
Thank you 🙂 I need to lie down in a darkened room I think 🙂
Hope you’re feeling better my dear
It’s a bright sunny morning and I’m ready for it! I think…after another coffee.
So happy to hear but go easy on the coffee- unless it’s an Irish coffee
I should have listened to you. Ordinary coffee didn’t work. The vital ingredient was missing.
Lovely, Damien, but now I think you have to write the Fooled by Fish version. 🙂
You know that’s gonna haunt me now till I do!! 😂😂 always the inspiration from dear Jane!
Do it! Do it! 🙂
Wonderful writing as always…
I also wanted to let you know that the some of the advertisements on your page were preventing me from “liking” one of your posts. It’s not just your site, but a few others I’ve seen on WordPress too. I just wanted to make you aware of it. Hope you’re having a great week. 🙂
Thanks for this Michelle, I never see the adverts from this side so that’s good to know! I’ll log out and look as an outsider to see that’s happening!
Enjoy your weekend 🤗
Yeah, it was really strange… no matter what I tried I couldn’t press the like button. Then I noticed the bottom ad had a timer on it. After it finished I clicked the “x” on it and then I could actually press the like button. And like I said… it’s been doing this on other blogs too. I finally took WordAds off my page. It just wasn’t profitable and was always slowing down my page. Enjoy your weekend too! 😉
