Day 26: National Poetry Writing Month #NaPoWriMo
Still morning,
still forming,
breath baying
over brook and bank,
still learning,
still changing,
stillness flowing
through field and thought,
still searching,
still drinking,
the night passing,
the day not yet told,
still waving,
still rippling,
still remembering
that which is done,
still cloud,
still covering,
awaken not to quickly
for the day is yet to come.
All words and photographs by Damien B. Donnelly
Gorgeous and breathless.
Thank you so much Jane and thank you for the reblog- I’m very honored xx
I don’t do it often enough.
Oh please! You’re the best!
Slight exaggeration, but I DO my best, usually 🙂
Reblogged this on Jane Dougherty Writes and commented:
Hold your breath and watch.
I commented on Jane’s blog that this is glorious, and it is. Beautiful, Damien!
Thank you Merril. The picture already held the words I think, I just had to ease them out a little! Much appreciated
Sometimes they’re there, but it takes skill to find them. 🙂
What a beautiful thought…”the picture held the words”…and they are both just perfect. (K)
Thank you my dear! Feeling very smiley tonight! This is the medicine you need after a migraine passes! Cheers x
Exactly…or any time!

Thank you Paula.
Oops! Pamela! So sorry! Still waking here!
