So much here–too many glorious images, Damien! Beautiful.
That exhibition must have been wonderful to see.
Thanks Merril. After the madness of NaPoWriMo it was nice to just chill and see some exhibitions. La Lune was marvelous today at the Grand Palais. Hugs from a weirdly cold and stormy night in Paris, thunder and lightening right now and hail stones! Go May!!! 🤗🤗
Oh yikes! I hope you’re indoors with something warm to drink. We had thunderstorms last night, and it’s cool here today. But no hail!
Sorry I replied to Sarah’s thread instead of yours for this message! Must be all the hail or the day 8 of the sugar detox! Roll on the end of the month and a bite of dark chocolate!!! 🍫
🙂
Great pictures, Damien. I’ve only rushed through Paris, maybe I should spend some time there. It looks like a fascinating exhibition, and my French was just about good enough to translate the poem, so I’m feeling pretty smugh.
Go on you! We all need a moment of smugness every now and then. It works for a certain percentage of Parisians everyday! There is always something here to get lost in for a few days at least 🤗
I am indoors trying to reassure my house guest, a rag doll cat called Lady, that the hail stones that just woke her from her 500th nap of the day is not going to last much longer! And they say it’s a dog’s life, well cats don’t seem to do anything at all, I throw her ball for her and she looks at me as if I should be the one to fetch it 🤭🤭😂😂
Oops! This reply was for Merril!!! 🤭🤭

One of our cats loves to have toys thrown–sometimes he leaps up in the air to catch them–straight up like a cartoon cat–but the toy has to be thrown exactly the right way–and the other part of the game is that he runs away. There are strange cat rules that I can’t figure out. Obviously, it’s me, not him. 😂
smug
🤭😂🤗
I love especially that curved path and railing.
and the moon of course! (K)
Me too! 🤗
